ICA Career Consultants, was formed in 1991. Our reputation grew quickly and we soon became a recognised as a significant force in the industry. Many of the UK's best consultants became Associates further reinforcing our reputation for Top Quality, good value and excellent results

In 2000 ICA took over Oakwell Consultants Limited. Both consultancies continued trading as separate entities. The synergy between the two companies enhanced the portfolio of services that each company offered and continued to build on both their reputations.

It was decided in 2004 to complete the integration of the two trading companies. Oakwell Consultants Limited is still showing the ICA brand in it's publicity and corporate literature. Our joint portfolio of services and products is second to none, however, our roots remain intact.  We pride ourselves in still putting customer and client satisfaction first.

We offer total flexibility in our delivery, no assignment is too big, or too small, each is taken on as a unique project and a support programme is devised to satisfy the individual need.

We now have over 200 of the UK's top Outplacement and Career Consultants available to deliver throughout the UK. Many new innovations have been introduced and more are in the pipeline, all of these are designed to give our clients a clear advantage in today's competitive job market
