We prefer to work closely with our customers at an early stage to assist with planning the provision of outplacement services and help with training management in breaking the news.

In large group exercises where several hundred employees are affected we can run awareness seminares to assist the employees to understand the nature and scope of the support available.

Ongoing day to day project management is provided by an on site project manager and his/her team, producing weekly statistics and feedback to management. We also allocate a Project Director who is a Director of Oakwell Consultants Limited. This individual visits site on a regular basis and works at the highest level with the customers management team to continually refine the support provided to clients and resolve any issues arising.
