Resource Centres or Jobshops as they are sometimes called, form a focal point for larger group programmes, providing a central co-ordination point for Workshops, Counselling Sessions and other Support Services.

Centres can be installed on site, in a company's premises, or at any location convenient for the customer and their affected staff. The Resource Centre provides the information and resources needed to produce a professional and effective job hunt - with access to a dedicated Career Counsellor, facilities offered vary according to customer requirements but often include.

• Other research facilities, including directories, reference books, journals and newspapers.

• Use of telephone, fax and photocopier facilities.
• Vacancy display boards.
